Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your 
order, without giving any reason. 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within these 14 days by email 
at kahaya@revivo-escapes.com. 

After notifying us of your withdrawal, the goods must be returned within 14 days to 
the following address:

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. 

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, and returned 
with all original tags attached. Trying on an item in the same way as you would in a 
physical store is, of course, permitted. 

Items that have been worn beyond a normal fitting, used, soiled, washed or damaged 
are not considered to be returned in their original condition. 

Refunds will be issued after the returned goods have been received and inspected, 
using the original payment method.
